Liability Limitation:

It is not the responsibility of madecustomboxes.com, its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents to compensate you for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use. Your use or performance of this site or your inability to receive the products and services you ordered will not cause us any damages.
Specifically, errors, omissions, viruses, delays, or service interruptions will not subject madecustomboxes.com or its affiliates to liability. You must not misuse or abuse this site or its content in any way, nor will madecustomboxes.com be liable for any damages.
Placement of orders, cancellations, and payments:
This website displays prices in USD. Once you’ve used an authenticated payment channel to complete your order, the Made Custom Boxes team starts working on it.
You must fill out the product and service forms electronically or on paper. We are required to follow the customer’s instructions. Once we send a printing task to the press, we cannot change it. After proof approval, you can cancel the order within four hours, but a 20% deduction from the total payment will apply. After 24 hours, you can also cancel an order for a 50% deduction. The deductions will cover any wasted resources. Upon shipping, an order cannot be canceled.
We cannot also cancel delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Similarly, the company’s control extends to shipping processes.
Policy on Returns and Refunds:
If you discover a fault with the product within two working days of receiving it, you must inform the company immediately. We will reprint any order with a mistake, but we cannot refund the money. Our management team thoroughly inspects products to ensure they are of the highest quality. Customers must send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at their expense for reprinting.
To qualify for reprinting, you must return a minimum of 99% of the product within 10 business days of delivery. Non-refundable extra charges apply to urgent orders.
Color accuracy and proofs:
In order to place an order, customers are required to fill out a form that specifies exactly what they want. It is the customer’s responsibility to approve the form, which includes the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once we receive the customer’s approval, we forward the task to the press. Therefore, the customer is responsible for going through all details mentioned in the specification sheet.In the final form submission process, the site specifies the duration. MCB is not responsible for any requirements not mentioned in the specification sheet.
A screen proof can only predict the layout, text, proportions, and placement of images; it cannot guarantee the accuracy of color and density of images. Duo-tune uses MCB to match gradient density. Duo-tune customers can order matched proofs. A lamination can affect the final appearance of printed colors. MCB’s color warranty does not cover laminated products.
Printing limitations and ink type will cause the final product color to differ from the customer’s artwork or design. You automatically agree to make Made Custom Boxes responsible for any color inaccuracies that occur during the production process. System limitations do not permit reprinting for such color changes. We will provide a color guarantee if you request a hard proof before printing. Customized Boxes will charge an additional fee for hard proofs.
Content of customers:
Made Custom Boxes cannot be held responsible for any printing errors if the artwork is not in CMYK format and is not 300DPI or higher as blurred prints or prints that differ from what you requested.
Customers are responsible for incorporating images, graphics, text, and other materials into their products.
We reserve the right to reject any product that violates any third-party rights. The customer assumes full responsibility for any products and materials created at their direction after placing the order. We will not publish anything indecent, offensive, or abusive on MCB.
In addition to preserving content, Made Custom Boxes TM may also disclose content if required by law or in cases where such disclosure is necessary for: (a) complying with legal process; (b) enforcing the terms of service; (c) responding to claims that the content violates third-party rights; (d) protecting Made Custom Boxes TM, its users, or the public; (e) any conflict with our other clients.
Errors are not liable.
The final product may contain errors such as:
- Incorrect spellings, grammars, or fonts
- Punctuation with percolating marks
- Die lines, folds, or cropping marks.
- Overprinting
- Size differences in finished products
Pre-assembled, flat-packed product.
Liability insurance
As a condition of your agreement, you will indemnify and defend Made Custom Boxes TM as well as all parties related to Made Custom Boxes against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees. If you breach these Terms and Conditions, incorporate any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material not included in the standard Site Content into Products, file a suit, claim, or demand based on or related to these Terms and Conditions, or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand, you will be held liable.
Printing
Any printing method that works well with Made Custom Boxes is acceptable.
Materials
Please let us know if you need any food-grade paper or cards printed. We do not default to using food-grade materials.
Underruns vs. overruns:
We typically deliver the exact quantity of products, but there is a chance of 5% underruns or overruns. Therefore, if the customer requires the exact quantity, it is advisable to order 10% more.

Speed of production, shipping, and delivery:
When a customer places an order, Made Custom Boxes provides them with the estimated production time. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us in advance if an urgent order is required. Printing that requires urgent attention usually incurs additional charges.
A free delivery service is provided by Made Custom Boxes. Only the final agreement specifies how the customer will pay for the product.
Made Custom Boxes strives to produce and ship all orders promptly. It is not the responsibility of Made Custom Boxes to face delays in shipping or delivery due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues, or any other circumstance that is beyond its control. We calculate shipping times based on estimates provided by our suppliers and past order history. Any urgent order delayed will have the expedite fee waived if applicable.
All customs duties and shipping fees for orders outside of the United States are the customer’s responsibility. Issues of this nature are the responsibility of the customer.
