You must report all product defects within 2 working days of receiving the product. We have a policy of reprinting incorrectly printed orders, but we do not refund the money in such cases. Our management team thoroughly checks each product to ensure it meets our high standards. To reprint the order, the customer must send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at their own expense.
If you would like to reprint the product within 10 business days after delivery, you must return 99% of the product. Non-refundable extra charges apply to urgent orders.
Color accuracy and proofing:
The customer must fill out a form detailing the products and services they need during order placement. The customer must approve forms that contain final artwork and job specifications. Customers are responsible for reading all details in the specification sheet, since we will send the task to the press once we get their approval. We provide a timeline on the site upon submission of the final form. It is not MCB’s responsibility to meet any requirements beyond those mentioned in the specification sheet.
A screen proof can only predict the layout, text, proportions, and placement of images; it cannot guarantee the accuracy of color and density of images. MCB matches the gradient density of colors in duo-tune. It is possible for duo-tune customers to order matched proofs. Laminating can affect products or alter their final color appearance. Laminated products are not liable for their color appearance.
We cannot guarantee that the final product’s color will match the customer’s submitted artwork and design due to limitations in the printing process and the type of ink used. We automatically deem orders placed with Made Custom Boxes subject to color accuracy errors. System limitations do not provide reprints for color changes. Customers can request firm proofs before final printing for color guarantees. We at Made Custom Boxes charge an additional fee for hard proofs.
